Overwatch 2 has not been immune to bugs throughout its life. With numerous heroes, maps, and interactions, it’s natural for some bugs to appear every now and then. Especially with the latest season’s launch, Blizzard appears to have left some unfinished business within the patch.

While the third season of Overwatch 2 brought a wealth of new content, it also brought in several bugs that have caused some trouble. Along with the new map, battle pass, and revamp of heroes like Mercy, the latest season also has its own share of bugs.

Recently, Overwatch 2 players have uncovered a new bug that can be quite disruptive to the game. The issue occurs when playing Orisa and specifically involves her ultimate in certain parts of the map.

The bug appears to prevent the player from recasting their ultimate, which is supposed to inflict a devastating blow to those around her after pulling them in with the first cast.

The bug causes Orisa to slide up and down while spinning her Javelin, leaving the player locked in place and unable to do anything while channeling the ultimate. This leads to players being stuck helplessly channeling, effectively breaking the game for them.

The only way to solve the bug is to die, as nothing else seems to fix the issue. This means that players trapped with this bug will have to ask their enemies to kill them, or they will be stuck there for the rest of the match or until they are kicked.

It appears that the bug occurs when Orisa is standing on uneven terrain, which is unfortunate as such terrain can be prevalent in Overwatch 2’s many maps.

It remains to be seen if Blizzard has a solution for this amusing bug, but until then, Orisa players will have to keep spinning.
